Kirinsan Plum Wine was born out of a desire to pickle nearby specialty plums in pure sake made from 100% rice grown in Okunaga.\u003cbr\u003e In the brewing of 2036, the juicy 'Togoro' from Kameda, Niigata Prefecture and the 'Shirakaga' from Gunma Prefecture, which is famous for its plum fruity aroma, were blended.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlum wine based on sake has a richer aroma and a gentler taste than plum wine generally brewed with white wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFirst-timers can try it chilled, straight or on the rocks.
